What are your turnaround times on print?
We can print and dispatch most orders within 1-8 working days, although this depends on the product, quantity and how busy we are. An estimation of turnaround is shown on all product pages within the 'Specifications' section. If you have a deadline to meet then get in touch to ensure we can meet your deadline prior to placing your order, or, ensure that you place your order well in advance of your deadline.
What are your turnaround times on design?
We can design most of our products within 2-3 working days, however, this is just a guideline and some designs can be completed on the same day, it just depends on how complicated the job is and how busy we are. If you have a deadline to meet then get in touch to ensure we can meet your deadline prior to placing your order, or, ensure that you place your order well in advance of your deadline.
Can anything slow down your turnaround times?
When placing your order you will notice that we accept 3 payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer and Cheque, the quickest payment method is to pay via Credit/Debit Card. If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer or Cheque then your order will still go into production, however, we cannot dispatch your order until cleared funds have been received (unless agreed by prior arrangement).
Sometimes things do go wrong. We use lots of machinery to manufacture our products and although they are lovingly cared for, they do break down on occasion. We carefully select our couriers but again, on occasion, vans break down, addresses cannot be found and this can impact delivery to you. Rest assured that if a problem arises, we will do our very best to rectify it as quickly as possible. We always recommend that you place your order well in advance of any important deadlines.
