Returns Policy

As all orders are bespoke and customised to your specification, we do not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, as per our Terms & Conditions please contact us within 3 working days of delivery.

Goods delivered must be checked by the Customer prior to signing the courier's acceptance form, any damaged boxes must be checked inside thoroughly, in the event of damaged Goods the Customer must refuse the Delivery, or sign for it as 'received damaged'.

Please note that claims for faulty goods will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

· Deliberate damage or negligence
· Improper use or neglectful maintenance or storage
· Normal wear and tear
