By law, all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register to work safely and legally on gas appliances.
A Gas Safety Record is a document that may be used by a gas engineer following gas work they have completed. The documentation provided will often depend on the type of work that has been undertaken – which may include a service or safety check.
We regularly print custom Gas Safety Record forms for such businesses and engineers. They are especially popular with Landlords who supply a copy to their Tenant to prove that any gas work has been carried out to a safe standard.
We can print from your own print ready file or we can design artwork to your specific requirements.
Typically, a form will comprise of 3 parts (triplicate); a top copy for the landlord/agent/home owner (usually white), a middle copy for the gas engineer (usually yellow) and a bottom copy for the tenant (usually pink). We also offer green and blue NCR paper colours if a different combination is preferred and can also supply 2 part, 4 part and 5 part sets.
Our Gas Safety Records can be supplied as NCR Pads (glued), NCR Books (stapled, spine taped and perforated) or supplied as Loose NCR Sets. Sequential numbering can also be printed to assist with the filing and retrieval of the forms.
