Sending your Artwork

How do I send you my print ready artwork?

Once you have placed your order online and made payment, the next screen that displays will give you the opportunity to upload your artwork to our server. If you have already placed your order and missed this page you can also upload your artwork by logging into your account area and clicking 'Upload Artwork'. All artwork must be supplied in a print ready format, please take the time to read our artwork specifications for further information, if you would like us to take a look at your artwork prior to placing an order or if you have any questions please get in touch.

If possible, please place all your files in a single folder and compress them using WinZIP or WinRAR prior to uploading.

Please be VERY patient as it can take some time for your files to reach us, 10+ minutes for very large files. Please only click the 'Start Upload' button once and then wait for the confirmation page to display, your files have not been received until the confirmation page displays.

Are there any other ways available?

We can accept your artwork via any of the methods detailed below, if you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.

Via e-mail

You will notice that we do not display our e-mail address anywhere on our website, this is to reduce the amount of spam that we receive. Please contact us via our online form requesting our e-mail address. You can then send your artwork to us as an e-mail attachment, this method is only recommended for files under 10mb. If you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.

Why does my/your mailserver reject my e-mail?

Some mailservers reject e-mail attachments with a large file size, typically over 10mb, to solve this problem please reduce the file size of your attachment by using compression software such as WinZIP or WinRAR. Alternatively, please try one of the other methods mentioned.

Via a free online file delivery service

We can accept artwork sent via any of the free online file delivery services such as We Transfer. You will need our e-mail address for this method, please read the section above entitled 'Via e-mail' which explains how to obtain this. If you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.

Last resort! Via post

If you experience problems with any of the above methods then you can save your file to CD/DVD/USB and post it to us (Studio address on request). If you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.
